Actor Ryan Reynolds is stepping up for a good cause. The actor has decided to auction off tickets to the premiere of his latest film, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine." The money raised will go to benefit the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
Reynolds spoke about the charity saying, "I am proud to be a part of this team of dedicated and motivated people who are getting out there and making a difference. The Michael J. Fox Foundation is doing whatever it takes to improve patients' quality of life and deliver a cure to people living with PD, like my father."
Reynolds stars in the movie as Deadpool, alongside Hugh Jackman as Wolverine and Liev Schreiber as Sabertooth.
The auction will run until April 27. The winner of the auction will get the chance to attend the premiere at Mann's Chinese Theater in Hollywood on Tuesday, April 28, with seats in the theater nearby Reynolds. Fans can put in a bid for the tickets at www.charitybuzz.com.
